The works involved the complete strip out of the three floors and reinstatement of a new modern office space including brand new toilet facilities, modern led lighting and most importantly air conditioning for the office staff.
Great care and attention was taken throughout the project to ensure our client and other businesses within the building could still continue to work with minimal disruption.
“The GM team undertook our three floor renovation. A 19th century building in an awkward street where parking and comfort facilities were non existent. The stairs are narrow and we were five floors up and our staff on site throughout. It could hardly have been a less attractive job to take on. They stood by us as we figured out what to do over a long period, provided an initial rough estimate then waited patiently while we tendered the work. Throughout the three month job they had to contend with a leaking roof and impatient staff. Not only did they work around us, explaining what they were doing and why, but they did so with good cheer. Above all, they delivered a excellent job which has delighted all our staff. Thank you.”
SUTHERLAND HOUSE - GLASGOW
