NEWBRIDGE - EDINBURGH
The works involved the strip out and refurbishment of approx 32000 sq ft of prime industrial space on the outskirts of Edinburgh.
The scheme involved various internal works modernising the units and splitting into 6 individual spaces for letting.
The external areas were also upgraded ensuring modern looking units for the in going tenants.
INVERKEITHING
The works involved the upgrading of the 22000 sq ft of industrial space into 3 separate units. This included the removal of asbestos, new fire separating walls, new M&E services and decoration throughout.
During the project one of the units remained operational throughout the works with minimal disruption to tenant and landlord.
CUMBERNAULD
32 units at Westfield industrial estate, across 4 separate areas were refurbished and reconfigured over a 2 year period. The works involved internal strip-out and internal upgrade as well as external decoration works to units ranging in size from 2000 sq ft to 20,000 sq ft.
