Douglas McLaren
Douglas started the business in 2014. His drive and professionalism has taken the business to the levels it sits at today.
Douglas has a strong customer focus and will look to create a team environment ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
Away from work Douglas is very much the family man and loves spending time with Mandy and the kids. He is very much a keen sportsman and never far away from the golf course.
Ross Gunnion
Ross started the business in 2014 with Douglas. His commitment and wealth of knowledge has been a key factor in the growth of the business to date. Skilled in both the commercial and project delivery aspects of the business, he approaches each project in a professional, enthusiastic and diligent manner.
Away from work Ross runs a successful semi-professional football club, is a keen golfer and enjoys skiing in the winter months.
Alan Gilliland
Alan joined the business in 2018 from having worked with both Douglas and Ross previously.
With over 20 years of Main Contractors experience providing a high level of service in different sectors, Alan continues to provide this level of service and knowledge to all of our clients, now driving projects from inception through to completion overseeing all aspects.
Alan is very much a family man and enjoys spending time with the family, be it coaching his sons football team or taking his daughter to swimming, dancing etc as all fathers do.
Amanda McLaren
Mandy is the accounts manager with the business and has a wealth of experience in the banking industry.
An experienced leader of people with a strong customer focus, she compliments us with a completely different skill set, strengthening our team and business dynamic.
Mandy for her sins is married to Douglas and looks forward to nothing more than spending time with her family and regularly seen at spin and Blaze Classes at the local Gym.
Craig
MacLachlan
Craig recently joined the GM team and brings with him a great level of experience in the construction industry. Craig’s experience provides a further level of management that ensures we can continue to successfully deliver projects on behalf of our clients.
Away from work Craig is also the family man and enjoys spending his time with his wife and two girls and socialising with friends.
